Orders are processed within 2 business days by our warehouse, located in Belgium. Shipping time within Belgium is 1 business day.

Returning is possible within 14 days after receiving your package. The articles should be unworn and undamaged. All original labels should still be attached. Jewels are non-returnable and clothing with stains will not be accepted. On your packing slip, you will find a URL and a scannable QR code that links directly to a simple website where you can register your return.
