RETURN POLICY

Return Conditions 

Lemonate offers a 14-day return policy for online purchases. Returns can be made either:

  • Via post (by registering your return online), or
  • In-store at our Antwerp or Knokke store.

Please note: in-store purchases follow different rules (see “Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items”).

How to Request a Return

1. Register Online

    • A packaging slip with QR code is no longer included. You must register your return online via the link.

Once your return label is created, you have 3 business days to drop off your package.

2. Packing

    • Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
    • Place the items you wish to return in the parcel.

3. Shipping

    • Attach the return label and bring your parcel to a drop-off point within 3 business days after registering.
    • The cost of the return label (usually equal to the shipping fee) will be deducted from your refund.

4. Refund

    • Once the return arrives at our warehouse, the refund will be processed as soon as possible.
    • We aim to complete refunds within 14 business days, although this cannot always be guaranteed.
    • Refunds are always issued to the original payment method.

 

Important Notes

  • In-store returns: You can return online purchases for free at our Antwerp or Knokke stores.
  • Refund timeline: Please allow up to 14 business days after your parcel arrives at our warehouse, though this may vary.
  • Exchanges online: Not possible. Please return the item(s) and place a new order.
  • Exchanges in-store: Current collection items purchased in-store cannot be refunded, but they may be exchanged for another size, product, or a gift card within 14 days.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, jewelry, and accessories (such as socks) cannot be returned.
  • Sale items:
    • Purchased online can be returned (via post or in-store) within the 14-day policy.
    • Purchased in-store cannot be returned (all sales are final).
  • In-store purchases from the current collection cannot be refunded, but may be exchanged for another size, product, or a gift card within 14 days.

 

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please select this as the reason for return and notify us by email at info@lemonateantwerp.com before sending it back. Items must not be used or treated prior to return. This way, we may be able to find a better fitting solution together than a return. If our warehouse team notices a defect that was not reported, we will contact you to discuss the next steps. These cases are handled individually.
